What does the setup fee cover?

Template customization, content migration (up to 20 pages/products), database and hosting provisioning, domain + SSL, initial SEO, contact forms and booking. Growth and above add e-commerce, email and CRM setup; Pro adds chat, social and automation.

Can I switch service models later?

Yes. DIY can upgrade to DWY when you want help, and DWY can move up to DFY for full white-glove. We define a clean handoff and quote any catch-up work first.

What if I need something outside my plan?

Out-of-scope work is billed from a published rate card: per-incident fixes from $150, standard hourly at $200, and rush/after-hours at $300. Infrastructure maintenance, security patches and SSL renewals are always included.

Do I own my site and data?

Always. Every plan includes a full data export on cancellation — database dump, media library and content JSON. No lock-in and no early-termination fees.

Is there a refund window?

Yes — a 14-day money-back guarantee on the setup fee from your handoff date. Monthly plans cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice (60 for DFY).

My business is seasonal — can I pause?

Yes. Seasonal hibernation keeps your infrastructure live for $50/month (DIY) or $100/month (DWY/DFY) so you avoid re-setup fees when you return.
